Vineyard
Devoted to mixed farming and the production of Armagnac, the domaine produces today Côtes de Gascogne. Laurence Dèche, the proprietor, who follows in the footsteps of six generations has a policy of quality : traditional grape varieties, vineyard cultivation with respect to the environment and constant development in the methods and means of vinification. Praised for their balance and rich flavor, the wines have made the estate a must-visit destination in the region.
Winemaking
Made from Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Gros Manseng grapes from the 2025 harvest, it is aged at low temperatures to preserve the natural effervescence resulting from the end of fermentation, then enriched with carbon dioxide during bottling… all to achieve those fine, fresh, and delicately fruity bubbles characteristic of Gascony.
As it has not undergone refermentation, it has a moderate alcohol content of 11%.
Tasting notes
The citrus notes of Colombard blend with the fruity freshness of Ugni and Manseng in a fine, delicate, and beautifully refreshing effervescence.
Food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif or in a cocktail, L'enclos Blanc de blancs will enhance every moment shared with others.
