history
Founded in 1964 in Reims by an alliance of visionary winegrowers, Champagne Jacquart was born from a desire to control the destiny of their harvest and craft exceptional wines. Headquartered at the historic Hôtel de Brimont, the House draws from a mosaic of terroirs across Champagne’s finest crus. Its contemporary style, driven by a high proportion of Chardonnay, is defined by freshness, precision, and extended cellar aging. Today, Jacquart embodies a collective savoir-faire dedicated to high gastronomy and modern champagne expression.
Vineyard
Rooted in the legendary chalk soils of Champagne’s Grands and Premiers Crus, our vineyard thrives under a demanding cool climate that preserves natural freshness and vibrancy. Tended by hand through sustainable viticulture across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, our vines yield low-vigor, intensely mineral fruit—giving our wines their signature precision, tension, and aromatic purity.
Winemaking
The vinification process relies on a meticulous selection of first-press juices, with a significant proportion from the première serre. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees in bottle for at least eight years, harmonizing its structure and enhancing its aromatic depth.
Tasting notes
Radiant and flamboyant, it is an ode to Mediterranean citrus fruits and Timut pepper. Then the Isfahan rose blooms, alternating with light rosemary honey and nougatine.
