Emmanuel Darnaud started his domaine in 2001 with just 1.3 hectares of vines but now has 15 hectares, all in Crozes-Hermitage.Since 2010 , the vineyard has been enriched with a new appellation : 1.7 ha of St Joseph . His painstaking work in the vineyard and regard for the fruit in the vinification process have ensured his place amongst the “big boys” with his first 2001 vintage.
