The 40-year-old vines are planted according to terroir suitability: Merlot thrives on gravel ridges, while Cabernet Sauvignon takes root in limestone. Naturally controlled yields of 40 hl/ha provide excellent balance and ripeness, lending the cuvée its supple roundness, refined tannic backbone, and expressive fruit.
