Violet, wild mint and stony minerality lead on the nose, with dark cherry lingering in the background. Vibrant acidity lifts white pepper and salinity, bringing focus to soft black currants and a refined granitic finish. Bright and structured, this wine should pair well with bold, spicy dishes. Enjoy now with a proper decant or revisit after another year or two of cellaring.
